Encouraging to see two new independent bookstores opening recently, both stocking Summerthought books.
Four Points Books
Four Points Books is a family-operated independent bookstore in downtown Invermere. It’s been a few years since Dave’s Book Bar closed and on the times I stopped by this summer, locals and visitors alike are certainly taking advantage of once again having a having a bookstore in town. Stop by, say Hi! to owner Grant, and browse the extensive selection of local literature, including lots of books by self-published author from the Columbia Valley.
Analog Books
Analog Books in Lethbridge actually opened in late 2020, but took its first delivery of Summerthought books this spring. Owners Scott and Penny have created a warm and welcoming space in a renovated historic building in the heart of downtown Lethbridge.
